How We Craft Our Flavoured Honey

To craft our Gun Shot Chilli and Spiced Ginger honeys, we gently warm the honey to 35°C — the same temperature bees naturally maintain within the hive. This preserves the integrity of the honey while preparing it for infusion.

We then add hand-diced fresh organic chilli or ginger, allowing the honey to cool slowly as the flavours naturally infuse.

Finally, the honey is carefully brought back to its optimum temperature and passed through two fine filters, removing any solids while retaining all the natural enzymes and pollen that make our honey so special.

The finest things are never rushed.
