Making Frames

We’ve been developing bespoke hive frames fitted with our own in-house designed circuitry to remotely monitor humidity, temperature, hive weight and other key metrics. The data feeds directly into our custom iOS and Android app, allowing us to check colony health without opening the hive.

By reducing physical inspections, the bees remain undisturbed and far less stressed. We trialled the system last year across eight hives, and every one of them outperformed the traditionally inspected colonies in honey production.
