The new processing room is taking shape

Progress has been slow over recent months due to persistently poor weather, but despite the delays, our new honey processing room is now truly beginning to take shape.

This dedicated space, where we carefully filter and bottle our honey, has been designed to support a clean, controlled, and unhurried process—one that respects the character of the honey and preserves its natural quality. As the structure comes together, it marks an important step in creating a purpose-built environment that reflects the care and craftsmanship behind every jar we produce.
